    With the current delay in announcing firm drilling dates the sp has retreated at a time when with resonable anns it could have advanced a few cents especially with the market in a more positive mood as at present. This could mean that because we have a lower sp when ann eventually comes any increase in sp only takes us back to where we started pror to cap raising. I hope I am wrong
