Noble put out their fleet report and have actually listed the reason for the delay!
"Anticipate +/- 46 days of operational downtime at zero dayrate during 1Q2013 in connection with a BOP malfunction."
BOP is a blowout preventer. I'm no engineer but surely you would only notice a malfunction if there was something flowing through it?? Can anyone confirm my thinking?
