noble county acreage prices starting to rise

These are some of the prices being paid by big operators like range in a state land sale finalized on the 27/4/2012, they have risen significantly from only a few months ago. More importantly these prices are starting to get up there with alfalfa and woods county prices where most of the drilling has been done to date. (per acre prices are in the last column of the report)

The acreage acquired by Range is located in the top part of noble county near RFE's acreage, and the acreage acquired by Chaparral is just above where RFE's is currently drilling in the bottom of noble county.
