noble's plan for tty has been taking cash flow from Frances Creek for debt recovery while skimming a good royalty of the top. i suspect the true test of noble's interest will be if they take a placement in rico resources and put a couple of TTY's high-fliers on the board. but unless rico's board are complete greenhorns they'll know considerably more about iron ore than these bananas.
