You could be right Santoo. With this management nothing surprises. But certainly their is more upside in the sp if their is a cr and certainly for existing shareholders a rights issue is best option. But it could just be a placement to Noble (RB has mentioned the death spiral) or the conversion of Celtic.
You have emphasized the Noble top up rights on several occasions. So Noble expect a cr of some kind in the near future.
Are you disagreeing with cap raising or specifically that it wont be in the form of a rights issue?
