I think that's a big call. Personally I haven't seen any evidence. Yes they are losing money. But that's more to do with the stage of company, the project variables, and the high salaries. All that is above board.

If it's the loan/jv you are refering to, then it's above board and declared in the annual report. Related party transactions are allowed by asx if declared. The transaction might not seem benefitial and it might not have happened if we weren't related. But still it's legit.

If you have allegations or evidence, then let it out. I'd be interested to hear.
