Equity raise has now come to pass so you can tick that off for now. Very dilutive, great deal for Noble in many ways ... makes me wonder why SDL had to bend over for that deal !

Second issue is timing. Dont see how we can have a deal done in November. makes no sense to me ... oops, I forgot that GJ gave someone a rye smile and a wink !!

Third thing is price. $4.5b takeover price follwed by a $5bill project cost = $9.5bill just to get to production. Does anyone else see a problem with that?
