Big I think specifics on deals will come once they are onboard the fact that NMDC proper will be 100% responsible for arranging our finance is a good foundation for LCY imo. 70/30 debt equity is likely for MT Bevan for starters, off take agreements and JV's will be part and parcel for LCY as the fact the Co plans to instantly spin off core and non core assets is the biggest clue. Once NMDC join I think the transition from explorer to miner will be alot quicker reality imo.
