re: wwa or spc -go you good thing Going forward with interest rates a bigger certainty than trying to pick the winner of tuesday's MELB CUP i reckon that both SPC and WWA will stand to benefit in a rising interest rate enviroment

SPC is in the consumer staple(non discretionary spending)

WWA will benefit by businesses and people moving taking advantage of more generious rental offers

sectors/areas i wouldn't like to place new funds into(@ the moment) are
financials,retail,anything related/with exposure to property or other stocks highly geared/ relying upon dicrectionary spending
