    with today's approval from shareholders to acquire Bloomer, how does the company's balance sheet would look like after the acquisition? Is it good enough to buy shares at current price (around 0.06 to 0.07 cents)?
    Any estimate on share price target by end of 2015 or January 2016, provided all bets prove correct (as per estimates) for NOD following acquistion?
