Interestingly the Options are up 33% this morning. With the other posts already made over the last couple of days you may well be right that the NOI has been issued.

Even though the application has been lodged by a "private company" I think DIO would still be obliged to tell market as they in fact hold a associated interest.

Hope it happens very very soon.
