I once invested in a gold company GLN. the chairman had sold a big parcel of shraes, I spoke to the MD who said he needed the money to invest elsewhere but everything was fine with the compnay. I sld the next day, a few weeks later the company went into administration.
Speak to directors but listen fot the spin, weak arguments or poor excuses
