A bit vague, but in all, a very good post. As for WM, no one knows what the man is like and what he thinks. My concerns are with the Board, that in normal cases they should ask questions of the MD/Chairman, and report them to the shareholders.
After all it is not a one man band, it is a public company (OR IS IT, LOL).
I can see from your post the predicament that he is in at this moment in time. But, by sweeping it aside and under the carpet in the hope that it will all go away, it can backfire. And in a big way too.
To save face, he has to bait the bullett and come clean. Too many people are hurting and hurting very badly for God's sake, and the longer he leaves it, the harder it is going to be for him to face the shareholders at the next AGM. Unless of course he will decide to hold it in Beijing, lol.
And, one final thing JC. I didn't say that WM is/could-be dishonest. I never said that. His problems IMHO, is his ego and the belief that everyone out there is against him, and trying to get him, or have a go at him, when nothing is further from the truth.
Think about it.
