    I dont see where the notice says that UMC arent having discussions with interested 3rd parties and in fact we are now starting to have the value of Railway unvieled to the world.Assuming the stated projected earning/profit per year its becoming apparent that this Co.will be making over $1.00 per share a year from Railway alone.Value a Co.@ 8 times earnings and theres a share price of $8.00!
