With all these Hybrid cars being around, a 30 year supply of REE's would be handy. Batteries, Magnets who knows what else they use REE's for in car production. Paranoia may come into play , better to be sure than sorry. Think it will be a car company. What's a $150 million to make sure you have no hassles over 30 years at least with supply, $5 million a year, chicken feed.
