ARU has hurdles to get over, but this is a big one.

China has had issues with their RE supplies as it has been historically highly polluting and some would question the viability for a large section of their base as environmental impacts become a larger issue.
in fairness, China has invested a lot in moving to a less polluting economy and this will squeeze RE supplies there.
As this occurs, RE prices will get pushed higher, China recognises this and also the value of REE’s, they have been trying to lock up global resources to retain power over this critical mineral group.. it is analogous to controlling computer chips.
Demand for RE’s is not going away and current price is likely to increase, there is widespread consensus around this, but as in anything involving money and power.. be careful with what you believe.
But more importantly, Western Governments want sources away from China for these critical minerals.
ARU is getting an oversized chunk of what is left remaining in Critical Minerals Facility.
It is a strategic resource and a lot of people, business and countries have vested interest in its success.

A great step today that will go a long way to pushing this co forward, not totally de-risked but they never are until they are.

How many shorts need to be covered will be interesting to watch.. gltah… all imho etc…
