I was lucky enough to be in several shareholder meetings in recent weeks with board of ARU (along with several others here on HC). Offtake is coming, no problems in that regard, many in advanced negotiations will miss out.
Offtake, could be a CP for financial close. But definitely, strategic equity can now be finalised. Debt stack also to be converted to binding. They only had KEXIM to bring up to speed as they were late to the debt group. All others had completed DD.
With offtake. We are leaving 15% for the spot market, as they feel we will get much better prices, given their is a short supply in the western world.
