Your post lost its credibility as soon as you wrote that the new CEO brought in Albos $$$.
You are aware that the CEO has been here for one month, and this was the work and lobbying of Gavin Lockyer in 2023. Your suggestion that a skinny one month timeframe on a commitment this large (by a government) is a true indicator your out of your depth with regard to how business finance works, and timeframes.
