    Hi unhedged,

    Shareholders and traders in CTP come and go. There is no way you can make one person responsible for calling JH. The legal minefield you are trying to create is fraught with danger for your nominated person. In mho a terrible suggestion which most experienced investors will baulk at. The philosophy of every trader must be:DYOR.
