    I cannot see why Kent would want to go on a board where he is not welcome it would destabilize the board.
    If he was welcome he would be an asset but what influence would he have .
    Or his he just looking for a pay check.
    At a time when we have hidden share holder wealth that may come to light in the next six months we do not need to rock the boat.
