Resolution 5 - Election of Mr Kent Quinlan 6. To consider and, if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
"That Mr Kent Quinlan, who has nominated himself as a candidate for election as a Director of the Company, be appointed as a Director of the Company."
