As a director , I doubt you will have enough support to change the company and would get frustrated , personally If you are wanting to make a change you would need to formulate a more coherent strategy than "get it back on track developing new products with proper techniques and processes, using the latest software technology."
From my perspective and not wanting to offend , the strategy needs to be more about marketing their current products to get increased revenue to cover fixed costs , than developing new ones which causes more cash burn and then more dilution and a lower sp .
One way maybe to change the company with a more marketing focus would be to find a partner to do an agreement with and get that company to buy into ABV with you in return for being the finder to have a board position ?
There is a 4wd accessory company listed on the ASX, I would be talking to them .
