Berne No 132 Nominees PTY ltd is a company that as its name suggests is a Nominee company whch has numerous accounts for Institutional Investors and others who wish to accumulate stock.
Those institutions or investors pay to have such companies to buy and or sell at a market price to us traders or retail investors.
They are not going to make a takeover.
As at 5th May 2010 ITC have 5 Nominee companies in the Top 20 that hold shares as above. Together on various accounts they now hold almost 12% of the company. None of these Nominee companies are going to make a takeover.
If any person, ID, or company accumulates more than 5% Then he must declare. No Matter Which Nominee company may hold those shares, as in my previous post of GPG acumulating shares in Capila Honey via a nominee acc.
So although I still think we MAY see some weakness in the shareprice we retail shareholders in Impress have Institutional and so called sophisicated investors alive and well in the top 20 share holders of the company. They are happy with a 6 month outlook to realise value.

Now if any can ask or contact "Downside" a HC member to do a anyalist with his brilliant post he did on another oil stock please try and entice him here.
I replied to his post and gave him the thunbs up but my reply was moderated for cross Promoting of a stock. He has the software that costs to give a complete breakdown of brokerages who bght and sold. His contribution on here would be a very valuable post.
So in summary, perhaps the VPE rumour was incorrect, perhaps its just the sneaky accumulation of many Nominee acc's. Perhaps the 6 cent is the tops again for a month or two.
