Further to your post above regarding Nominee companies. Your wording is not quite correct. The word nominee in the name can mean anything you want it to. My personal company has nominees in it but I am the only director and have no nominees. Its purely just a name. For all intents and purposes the company can call itself anything it wants as long as no other legal entity has the same name. The word nominees is often added to differentiate itself from another registered company so they can use the name. For example Hotcopper and associates and Hotcopper Nominees could both be registered to totally unrelated parties. Anyway just a little more useless info
