The study isn't powered for statistical significance, so yes, almost certainly not statistically significant, the P-values are too high.
People unfamiliar with statistical significance should not confuse 'significance' as being the effect of the treatment (measured as 'effect size').
CVac could reduce all the patients CA-125 levels below 35 (normal) but due to the small study sample size, the results can't be deemed statistically significant.
The investigators can't rule out that it could be chance or error.
This is why larger trials such as CANVAS are required to increase confidence that the results are in fact due to the treatment.
