If CHM had a strong case or any chance of winning MMX would have settled already,they could afford it as they have no debt and a lazy $165m sitting in the bank, no way they would risk Jack Hills in a court case if CHM had any chance of winning. There will be no settlement becasue MMX knows it will win the court case and destroy CHM, those of you buying CHM shares , l'm glad its your money not mine.
