Looks like something is afoot.MMX is powering up(Good for CHM)Perhaps Sino knows the settlement that CHM will accept, if she is the buyer.Sold my last MMX shares this afternoon and now paid for all CHM shares with a
nice profit as well.Both companies have been good to trade especially in this market.Whether they settle or this gets to court,its been an exciting ride.
