AS investors realise that interest rates have stopped rising they will seriously look at the non-bank finance sector.
Liberty (LFG) is one of the better non bank businesses. It is well run and the only thing holding it back is liquidity but the dividend yield makes up for that.
I topped up last week for a yield of just above 11% and with the chance to make a decent capital from a re-rate when interest rates peak then ease downwards.
