I think you are correct in raising the options issue.

Remember though that the 8m options exercisable at $2.00 also vest under a change of control event. It is material to consider this imo even if others may see it as a cynical way to view our directors. Simply put each .10 above $2.00 is worth $200K to Stack, Prefontaine, Bizzell and Mather.

Also worthwhile considering that there is also 10.242m options exercisable at .50c that have vested but not been exercised as well as 1.1m exercisable at .688 again that have vested but not been exercised.

What I guess I am trying to say(yes rather cynically) is that from our directors put of view the magic number probably sits a little north of $2.00.
