There is little chance Tim Goyder would sell Zara under 100m so would expect atleast 40c a share after the announcement.
Tim has invested plenty of his personal wealth into Chalice in 2011 including a buy around 50c and then plenty of buying at around the 30c level.
For him to sign a letter of intent to sell Zara means to me that the offer was at a fair premium to current SP.
I'm happy to buy under 30c.
There is little chance Tim Goyder would sell Zara under 100m so...
