It's hard pressed to obtain financing in this capital starved market for viable projects. CNL has calculated a negative NPV project...
That means, it is NOT VIABLE at it's current model and results. Those are the facts...they might change management, start up and switch to new projects...but expect more dilution while the management pays themselves well.
Sheep will get slaughtered...do your due diligence, in my opinion.
