Many of you will have read in other forums my concerns about ZLD not having any novel products and doing low-quality clinical trials to give the impression of doing drug discovery.
Something else has come to my attention which I feel obliged to share with you:
Stewart Washer resigned as a director of ZLD and has a new entity (Emerald Clinics) where ZLD is paying $99,920 to recruit 8 patients for a clinical trial. This is approximately 10-20 times the price charged at Cannabis Access, Cannvalate or CDA where the cost for patient recruitment for clinical trials is approx. $500-$1000 per patient.
Here is an exert from their plans freely available on their website:
And guess who the owners of Emerald Clinics are:
Stewart Washer (former director of ZLD), his wife Patty, his dad Mal and his brother-in-law, Craig Darby:
With this kind of deal structure, it does appear confusing about the primary modus operandi of Zelira?
Please do not shoot me, I am simply the messenger.
