Yes its valuable, but it's all part of their IP, which I'm pretty sure Osagie will keep a very close eye on. My hunch is that wouldn't commercialise this data. I suspect it all gets fed into the launch, learn process of product development.

Zelira will be able to go to market, create strong relationships with their customers and iterate on their product lines to make products better - that is not very easy to copy as products are evolving. It's also smart as it allows Zelira to launch new products based on customer needs.

The Insomnia data, in particular, is valuable as they hold a patent on ZTL-01, which is what is at the centre of the current phase 2 trial. I think they can add the results of the trial to the patent and potentially update the formulation on the patent based on phase 2.

I find it very odd that Matt & co are persuing the angles that they are. There are so many other difficulties facing Zelira that we should be talking about, such as how quickly can they license Hope to the rest of the US, big states like California and Texas. How fast can Osagie and co activate their performance shares? Fluffing around with these non-topics is such a waste of everyone's time, I feel for the guys getting sucked into this rubbish.
