The composition patent that Zelda is next to worthless- its another composition patent (already the lowest calibre) plus it is only protecting IPon anything that has THC/ CBD/ CBN and 3% or more terpenes.
So if someone else decides to launch an identical insomnia product but with 2.9% terpenes, it circumvents the patent.
Toilet-paper quality patent, low-calibre, underpowered research, generic cannabis products masquerading as novel drug discovery.
Give me a break.
