I concur I have little experience to patents and their legal framework globally. I also assume that our patents to date might be light and broad? My assumption that patent applications will continue to be refined and specified in line with the Launch Learn Develop model. Aka once we have our phase 2 data we are able to assess again which direction to head in with clinical trials and patents. That said - its a big assumption on my part.
Actually the above assumption is more due to the fact that I pay people on the board to worry about this for me. You could be correct about the whole patent thing... but I'll leave it with our IP industry expects to worry - Matt & Osagie should have good coverage of Australia and America and be their bread and butter. Data and IP are at the core of who/what this company does.
