I would argue Cap that ADO are a shoe in here, (if we survive). The issue is the ann maybe in early 2024 but likely later in the year to generate enthusiasm for the upcoming election. (& also reflects the speed of government decision making).

Don't hold your breathe for Feds or state, we are properly stuffed if we can't attract a commercial deal.

There's no way they are convincing punters to buy up to 600 million shares. The underwriters will sink us with all their shares without a moments hesitation.

ADO is at one of its lowest ebbs ever (IMO). The only positive to this is, historically, ADO has managed to pull its arse out of the fire. let's see this time.

For me though, I can't get past the irony, such a good product and absolutely unable to commercialize it, so disappointed.

I'll sit and metaphorically send ever more hopeful vibes out into the ether (as I have for over 10 years)...
