What holders need to take into consideration is the market value of company to qualify for grants.
Many grants are not applicable if company can proceed without them on their own.
Therefore, a strongly rising share price might therefore be not helpful as it might get company over 100 mil MC and
out of reach for urgent governmental support.
Trading seems to cap price while accumulating below, hence the stacked sell side at higher prices.
