It is my understanding that the National Reconstruction Fund will have an independent board to decide where grants will be allocated. Since NRF only passed both houses of Parlaiment a couple of weeks ago, this means it will take a number of months to appoint such a Board and even more months for grants, loans etc. to roll out the door.

It is really great to have Ed Husic on board and visit our premises because he will have a strong input into the NRF he will not be a final decision maker.

I am not saying I don't think ADO will not get part of the NRF - I just think it will quite a few months after the Budget is announced next Tuesday night.
