Firstly you lodge expenditure..[$$under]......Then you ask for an exemption........Property plainted..Objection to exemption........Now lodge another amount to say its fully expended?????????
Begs the Question....who to trust.?....or who checks the figures? Glad there not my accountants or tenement managers.
