The opportunity
We would like to improve the diversity and depth of skills on our Board. Currently, our Board of four people, includes motivated business professionals who lead our strategy and governance. Currently, our Board formally meets monthly, also with fortnightly check-ins with the senior executives.
As such, we would like to appoint at least one Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board. Expressions of interest are sought from people who can provide demonstrable evidence of their ability and expertise based on the criteria listed below.
