Hi Terence,  below extracted from the government database, can you please have a look the contents in the red circle? This did happen on 22/sep/2017, it shows zhongxian (CDC) left shangzhi yulong cattle on that day.

However, I also checked the background of the sole new boss/owner of shangzhi yulong cattle., it seems a woman's name having very close relationship with the chairman liu.

The conclusion is they would still control the shangzhi yulong cattle, indirectly.  But they do not make any prompt announcement.
