"That for the purposes of Listing Rule 10.17 of the Official Listing Rules of ASX Limited and Rule
11.6 of the Company’s Constitution, the Company approves an increase of A$350,000 per annum
to the maximum aggregate remuneration payable to non-executive directors, such that the
maximum aggregate remuneration payable to non-executive directors is increased from A$150,000
per annum to A$500,000 per annum.”
How do we stop this obscene grab for our cash !!!
