Does anyone know anything more about the ATO Tax rulings on the non-forestry MIS testcase expected in April?

What do you all think will happen with the SP in the event of a good ruling and in the event of a bad ruling?

My thoughts are that the bad ruling is expected and is fairly much built in although the SP will probably lose a little due to the hopeful pulling out. But a good ruling?

non-forestry is not a huge part of GTP funds, so maybe I have this wrong and a "bad ruling" might actually help them due to more funds going towards forestry.

What are your thoughts?
