IMHO, the SEC has been looking at this practice for quite a while, and I believe that they were going to put something forward in a way of recommendations to congress as well.
But, let's hope that they are not just looking at it, and looking at it, and then falling asleep on it as well.

I do also believe that, IMHO they are finding some sort of oppositions to this plans, from higher above places.

What we do need here, is someone the likes of Germany's Chancellor "Merkell" to put the sweeper through all this rubbish that is going trough in the market, "UNCONTROLLED".
