Question - Breville by ASX Guidelines operates with a non-independent Board, however it is trading at a good multiple.
The Board structure is more like a private company. Considering buying, however what are your thoughts on this, is it important.
Somebody said that if there is no conflict of interest, then there is no interest.
I'm concerned however that it may slow growth? What are your thoughts, trading at 20 plus times, so I assume it is a non-issue?
