i especially like the growth in mandurah so i'd be pretty pleased if EMC were to go after a contract/project like this! would be great also for WA budget

on a more broader note, because we dont know if they are or arent putting together a tender, its good to see opportunities arise like this! shows more of a shift toward alternatives. hopefully we are able to capitalise on more emerging opportunities.
