Yeah, the dividends are enough justification to buy this share. They have paid dividends throughout last year, and that was considered to be the worse period, so there is no reason why after this capital raising with reduced gearing, a stronger balance sheet that the dividend should maintain if not increase. I sold my entire GPT position today, but I did fully subscribe to the entitlements and I will definitely get some more after the 17th.
