many people may feel this way, I do.... so it may be interesting to see if the price rises before the due date..
if it doesnt , fror whatever reason, ask yourself the question :- "does anyone thru an underwriting agreement pick up the short fall" ??

In the event that you dont take them up, I'd keep a real close eye on them , because it might not take much for them to be back at the mid 60's mark , once the "selling pressure" has been removed .... and then you are disappointed and missing out ... while other parties may be happy and , not missing out !
