Received documentation re rights issue yesterday. Without any sales or even any indication of same, you would have to be certified to take these up! Just as well for the company that they are fully underwritten, as i am sure that none of their current shareholders would be interested in them especially in light of the fact that the highest current buy bid is $0.002 less than the offer price. Forget the free option that is exercisable at $0.04 by 31/09/2009. I doubt CAU will be still afloat by then. Obviously nothing came from the sales drive in China by the new sales person?
