I was on the register before 9th August and never received my rights issue.
As of last Friday I got a call from KGL and asked that it be sent to me immediately and/or emailed. The girl ringing was very polite however she did not send an issue notice via mail or email.
I rang and emailed the company on Monday and the guy I spoke with said he would check with the share registry for me. Well low and behold the call was never returned and this company has missed out on my $15k I was going to take up.
This is not my last stand regarding this problem however I am sure I have missed out. Will keep you informed of the call I make tomorrow morning regarding the companies incompetence.
You would reckon they would be eager to get shareholder money on board. It makes me reconsider my position since they cant even get this simple part of business right.
Thats 2 representatives of the company failing to do what they are requested to do.
Doesn't bode well for them running a successful company in my opinion.
